That's quite a claim. Change what?

Well, how they think, how they feel and sometimes even how they behave.

Who?

Well, sometimes it's a team that aren't getting on - either with each other or with other groups in an organisation.

Sometimes it's just an individual who suspects they aren't getting the best out of themselves.

Sometimes it's a whole chunk of an organisation that can't seem to make things happen.

But what finally prompts people to try and change?

Everything and everyone has their breaking point. Mostly it never gets to that. But when people do choose to act they have arrived at some sort of turning point where they are sufficiently fed up or dissatisfied with plodding on, getting ‘OK’ results.

So what do PEC actually do to help?

We take people through a process that gets them to the point where they are ready for change; much of the time, they start making changes soon after we have started to work with them. The really big payoffs usually come later though.
