But first, let's rewind - who are we?
I'm Paul Furey, I founded PEC almost 20 years ago and I'd like to introduce myself and PEC by giving you free access to a whole raft of information in our Knowledge Centre and on other pages so that you can get things off to a good start, by yourself. You might even take care of the situation without having to use me or my colleagues. So much the better. The more you can get right for yourself, the better the outcome and its durability.

Along the way I aim to save you time, hassle and money by prompting you to avoid the most basic errors that are made in behaviour and cultural change projects - no matter what form they take. Performance enhancement projects, business coaching, executive development, leadership development, team development and improving team communication, inter-departmental relations, customer care training (do people really still do that?), CRM projects and business troubleshooting in general.

Who is the focus?
Well, sometimes it's a team that aren't gelling along with each other, aren't communicating with others or maybe just aren't working well with their boss, their organisation or worse, their customers.
Sometimes it's an individual who isn't getting the important things right such as their leadership, their business relationships, their communication.
Sometimes it's a whole collection of people within an organisation that aren't succeeding, despite their best efforts, to fulfill their role in the business be it selling, serving, supporting or communicating. And other times it's a number of different causes culminating in a reasonable top line performance but a weighty cost base that spoils that bottom line.
So what do PEC specifically do to help?
